Olive Oil Biscuit Challenge
We are getting ready to crown the next king or queen with our
"Biscuits and Jampionship"
at World Food Championships
(WFC) in Dallas, Texas.
Beginning with TWO online recipe contest, Jam and Pickles,
which will qualify ten talented cooks to compete
for a sweet cash prize at the world's
Ultimate Food Fight, November 8th, 2023 at Fair Park, Dallas, Texas.

Your winning dish will include an olive oil biscuit made with La Cultivada Arbequina Oil, handmade jam made with Pomona Universal Pectin and pickles, both using Fillmore Container jars, your choice of protein seasoned with The Jelly Queens Spices and Chef Nikky’s Sauce.

TOP 20
The Top 20 entries will move to the Round 2 Semi-Finals.
The Biscuits and Jampionship’s Round 1
20 finalists will be announced on Sept 5, 2023.

Your winning entry must be a complete entree.
Your entree must include:
an olive oil biscuit, handmade jam, handmade pickle, a protein, and a sauce

Email your Round 1 recipes to donna@thejellyqueens.com with BISCUITS AND JAMPIONSHIP ENTRY in the subject line with your name, address, email, and phone number by midnight August 30, 2023. Or, fill out this form HERE. You will receive a personal confirmation email from Donna within 24 hours of your online entry being received. In addition to emailing your 3 recipes, you are required to MAIL two jars of your jam or jelly recipe with your name on the bottom and NO other identifying marks, a PRINTED copy of your original biscuit recipe, and all your receipts of purchased products to:

10 finalists will be announced on Sept 16, 2023.
ROUND 2 Semi-Finalists will be required to submit via email an original recipe for PICKLES. Email your ROUND 2 PICKLES recipes to donna@thejellyqueens.com with BISCUITS AND JAMPIONSHIP ENTRY in the subject line with your name, address, email and phone number or fill out our form HERE by midnight September 11, 2023. You will receive a personal confirmation email from Donna within 24 hours of your entry being received. In addition to emailing your pickles recipe, you are required to mail two jars of your pickles recipe and all your receipts to:

TOP 10
The Top 10 entries will face off in the
Biscuits and Jampionship competition
on
November 8th, 2023
at the
World Food Championships at
Fair Park in Dallas, Texas!
The Biscuits and Jampionship’s 10 finalists will be announced on September 16, 2023.
All Top 10 Finalists are required to make one social media post between
November 20, 2023 and December 21, 2023
showing their finished dish and thanking all sponsors.
The Jelly Queens will provide competitors with approved photos and content.
Contest prizes will be withheld upon failure to make a post
All recipes submitted will be released to sponsors
for their use in various promotions.
Winners will be required to participate in interviews with sponsors.
How Will the Contest Be Judged?
Local E.A.T.™ certified judges will conduct a small judging event at
The Jelly Queens’ to review all Round 1
recipe submissions and determine the
Top 20 competitors that will move on to Round 2.
Round 2 judging event will take place to review the
20 semi-finalist submissions to determine the 10 finalists who will compete at
LIVE at WFC
November 8th, 2023 at Fair Park in Dallas.
