Beginning with ONE online and mail in recipe contest for Jam - not Jelly,

which will qualify ten talented cooks to compete

for a sweet cash prize at the world's

Ultimate Food Fight, October 18th, 2025.

A Royal Challenge Awaits…

Step into a world of tiered temptations and timeless tradition as The Biscuits & Jampionship™ returns in 2025 to the World Food Championships, serving up elegance, creativity, and a whole lot of jam!

This year’s challenge is steeped in charm and stacked in sophistication:

THEME: “A Three-Tiered Affair”

Competitors will present a show-stopping,

three-tier tea party spread, complete with:

• Savories Tea Sandwiches to delight and surprise

• Scones of any flavor that rise to the occasion

• Sweets that tickle a sweet tooth!

Each competitor must pair their full presentation with one thoughtfully chosen tea, designed to enhance and harmonize with the flavors across all three tiers. Judges will evaluate:

• Culinary excellence and creativity

• Presentation worthy of a palace

• Cohesion between the bites and the brew

• And of course, the bold, beautiful use of jam—whether sweet, savory, or sensationally unexpected!

Online & By Mail — The Road to the Jampionship Begins Here!

Before we build our tea towers and sip from porcelain cups at the

World Food Championships, we begin where all great tea parties start…

With jam. Pure, glorious, homemade jam. 🍓

This year, Round 1 of The Biscuits & Jampionship™ will take place online and through the mail, inviting competitors to submit 2 jars of their best, most magical, most mouthwatering jam for judging.

📬 How It Works:

• Competitors will register online and receive official entry details.

• They will then ship one (2) jars of their finest homemade jam to our panel of royal taste testers.

  Judging will be based on:

  • Execution

  • Texture & Appearance

  • Taste &

  • Label & Presentation

• A select number of jammers will be invited to advance to the in-person Final Round at the World Food Championships to compete in the full Three-Tier Tea Party Challenge.

All entries must be received by The Jelly Queens no later than September 5, 2025.
